How to uninstall KDE in ubuntu
- Simply go to system-->administration-->synaptic package manager and search for the package you have installed(kde-desktop or kubuntu-desktop)
- Then unmark it and apply the changes
OR
- If you used aptitude to install Kubuntu,use the follwing command to uninstall it
- simply goto applications-->accessories-->terminal and type the following
sudo aptitude remove kubuntu-desktop
