The Firefox Themes manager is named Personas and on the official Firefox website you can find more than 30.000 of them. It is very easy to install them and all you need to to is to open your Firefox, click on your big Firefox button and in a drop down menu you need to pick Add-ons. A new tab appears and on the left side click on Get Add-ons. After that on the right side of the screen you will see the Features Personas section.
